No. Browsing, messaging and contacting a house manager are all free on House Managers right now.
What does “verified” actually mean?
A member of our team has looked at the person's national ID and a selfie of them holding that ID. “Fully verified” means we have also seen a Certificate of Good Conduct. It is a real check by a real person, not an automatic tick.
Is House Managers the employer?
No. We introduce you to each other. The employment agreement, salary, days off and any contract are strictly between the family and the house manager. Our hiring checklist walks you through what to agree on.
How do you protect my phone number?
Numbers are masked everywhere on the public site — you will only ever see something like 07**XXX*23. Nobody gets your real number unless you allow contact, and you can revoke that at any time from your account.
